How does it work?
1. Booking.
If you feel that one of the Telliskivi 8 apartments could be right for you, get in touch with us. The booking fee for an apartment is €3,000, which gives you exclusive rights for four weeks and is deducted from the price of the apartment if you buy it. During this time we prepare the necessary paperwork and agree on the details.
2. Preliminary agreement (contract under the law of obligations).
For the duration of the construction period we sign a notarised contract under the law of obligations, which requires payment of 10% of the sale price. This lays a solid foundation for buying your new home.
3. Real right contract for acquiring the home.
When the building is completed, we sign a notarised real right contract that makes you the owner of the apartment. At this stage the remaining 90% of the apartment price is paid. And that is how you and your family get a new home.
Transparent terms
The contract price includes:
• interior finish of the apartment according to your choice
• connection to the sewerage and water mains
• connection to the electricity grid
The contract price does not include:
• notary fees and state fees related to signing the contracts
• connection fees for communication and security services
